Summer Simple Stir Fry
Ingredients

I cup pea tip

I cup Boc Choi (chopped)

1 Cup fresh flat peas

1/2 Cup fresh chives

1/2 cup chopped onion

1/2 lb cubed chicken thighs Or thin sliced Pork belly

1tbsp oyster sauce
-
1 tbsp sesame oil
-
In Wok add onion and oil, clarify onions
-
add meat into wok and brown
-
add peas and cover for 1 minute to steam
-
add boc choi and pea tips and oyster sauce stir, cook for 3 minutes

Serve with rice and add fresh chives as garnish
