Summer Simple Stir Fry


  • I cup pea tip

  • I cup Boc Choi (chopped)

  • 1 Cup fresh flat peas

  • 1/2 Cup fresh chives

  • 1/2 cup chopped onion

  • 1/2 lb cubed chicken thighs Or thin sliced Pork belly

  • 1tbsp oyster sauce

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

  1. In Wok add onion and oil, clarify onions

  2. add meat into wok and brown

  3. add peas and cover for 1 minute to steam

  4. add boc choi and pea tips and oyster sauce stir, cook for 3 minutes

  5. Serve with rice and add fresh chives as garnish
